What is depression
There are three types of depression.
Major depression: Symptoms interfere with work, sleep, study and life. Episodes
Persistent depressive disorder: Symptoms last for 2+ years. Examples: psychotic depression, postpartum depression, Seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
Bipolar disorder: manic-depressive episode
